Abu-abu, hitam dan putih
Di akhir kehidupan soeharto (atau mungkin belum saatnya) banyak sekali orang yang “memuja” soeharto…dan gak banyak juga yang “mampus lo mati aja”-in soeharto
2 tahun yang lalu saya dekat dengan seseorang yang sulit membedakan hitam dan putih….Menurutnya dunia itu abu-abu sekali….Thus, dia gak pernah berani untuk memposisikan dirinya disatu sisi dari sebuah cerita….Dan itu yang menarik darinya….Akhirnya saya menyadari, orang abu-abu itu?sama berbahayanya dengan bomb yang siap untuk diledakan….
Sekarang ini saya dekat dengan seseorang yang hanya mengenal putih atau hitam tidak ada abu-abu….Mengaku putih berharap menyadari hitam…..dan saya sangat menyadari orang hitam atau putih itu sama berbahayanya dengan bomb yang siap meledak segera sesaat setelah atom-atom terbelah….
Saya mengenal semua itu abu-abu, hitam dan putih….Tanpa atau
Jika tiba nanti saat ku mati….Dan ketika malaikat datang bertanya kepadaku….
“Mungkin karena telah memperkosa perempuan”
“Mungkin karena agamaku yang salah pilih”
“Mungkin karena pembunuhanku”
Apa saat itu ia tidak melihat,
“Apa yang telah aku lakukan untuk bangsa dan negara”
“Apa yang telah aku berikan untuk banyak orang”?
Atau sekedar?
“Mengapa itu terjadi”
Jika seseorang bertanya soal keadilan….Mereka bertanya soal abu-abu, hitam dan putih….Tidak sekedar putih….tidak sekedar abu-abu…dan tidak sekedar hitam….
Lihatlah ketiganya tanpa sortiran….tanpa bias dimatamu….

Bagiku itu tidak lebih dari sekedar pola yang manis….
Seperti tautan lilin suguhan malam pada batik….
Tak lebih dari sisa-sisa endapan kehidupan….

Kalau kau bertanya tentang keadilan tentang nasib….
Tanyakan itu pada Tuhan….
Tanyakan apa mau dan maksudNya….
Karena Ia pun belum menjawab pertanyaanku….
