Financial Tips from warren buffet and me
Hari ini gue nemu orang yang bilang pihak citibank bohong mengenai bahwa jika pinjaman kita dibayar tanpa cicilan maka kita tidak perlu membayar bunga….
Langsung pose sing keluar dari badan gue….Ya iyalah, setiap kali lo minjem uang ke citibank kalo lo gak bayar pasti lo kena bunga lah…lah wong bank….terus dia juga perduli soal bunga berbunga…Well, kalo menurut gue semua itu ada resikonya…
Buat yang kurang ngeh tentang credit card…saya coba jelasin dulu….
Credit Card adalah kartu utang…ketika seseorang membayar menggunakannya maka seseorang harus membayar sejumlah uang tertentu di akhir bulan….Dan jika ia menunda pembayaran selama satu bulan maka orang tersebut harus membayar bunga….Ini suatu hal yang sederhana di dunia finance sebenernya….I’m explaining in case you don’t understand….

Do NOT buy things that you DON’T understand….
Buat gue, apa yang lo sampaikan disini adalah hal yang lumrah…but of course it happens because i have degree in economics…
All i can say to you people…
Don’t use Credit Cards when you know nothing about finance…Cause it is dangerous….Don’t use leasing company when you know nothing about finance…Cause i tell you it is dangerous….
Don’t buy insurance when you know nothing about finance….Cause it will only wasting your money….
Learn about finance first…then you came to financing company (leasing, insurance, and bank)….
IMHO loh…

I do love the way you have framed this matter plus it does indeed present me some fodder for thought. Nonetheless, coming from what I have experienced, I simply just hope as the remarks stack on that people stay on issue and in no way embark on a soap box of the news du jour. Anyway, thank you for this outstanding point and though I do not really agree with this in totality, I regard the standpoint.
