Belajar Sampai “Nglotok”!
Terus terang gue termasuk orang yang paling males belajar sampe ngelotok….Orangnya bosenan banget seh, jadi kalo baca buku dan dia ngomongin hal-hal yang itu lagi, itu lagi yah bosen juga (Misal buku entrepreneur)….
Tapi karena satu hal ini gue jadi orang yang biasa-biasa aja (tidak menonjol lho, bukan jelek) waktu masa kuliah….Karena gue mudah ngerasa “udah bisa” ini lah…Meski memang sebenernya udah bisa tapi karena “ngerasa”?udah bisa makanya jadi biasa2 aja….bahasan yang rumit…
Sebenernya hal inilah yang ngebuat “fresh graduate” selalu dibutuhin….Padahal mereka itu kan mahluk yang repot…Apa2 nanya kudu dijelasin mulu untuk hal2 yang trivial…Tapi mereka nanya pun itu antara karena,
1. Males liat papan petunjuk dan gak bisa baca peta
2. Emang bener2 gak ngerti di tengah hutan atau karena gak ada papan petunjuk
Ada pepatah usaha bisnis yang bilang,
Datanglah ke kantor seakan-akan anda baru saja datang ke kantor itu.
Dalam artian “jangan pernah berhenti belajar karena anda sudah bisa”
So guys, never stop learning!
Kalo kalian chef jangan berhenti ketika makanan kalian enak.
Kalo kalian programmer jangan berhenti ketika kalian dah bisa bikin windows OS.
Kalo kalian manager, jangan puas dan sok tau di posisi itu
