Upgrade and Downgrade of Marriage

Every Marriage most of the time coming with one tiny little problems. Well, actually it depends on how you see things. Financial Problem.

Bahkan orang yang paling gak perduli sama uang pun sering memiliki masalah setelah menikah. Temen gue yang setelah menikah jadi gak bisa beli barang sembarangan. Harus nabung buat anak. Harus berhenti merokok buat susu bayi. Some others malah tambah parah kerja banting tulang buat ngidupin istri dan biaya kelahiran anak. So, If you are married and you’ve got no financial problem. You better be grateful for that.

Ada yang bilang sebenernya nikah bukan buat cari kesenangan. Emang bener sih, malah cenderung cari susah.

Untuk itu didalam hal ini ada downgrade dan upgrade dari pernikahan.

Kemaren gue nanya Dina (Bapuk), lo sendiri gimana din? Apakah bakal ada downgrade dari pernikahan?

Dia Jawab,

“Beda prioritas”

“Menikah dan nantinya punya anak itu sudah menjadi upgrade”

(Maksudnya emang secara financial pasti downgrade, tapi prioritas dia bukan di financial. Tapi di Value of Life Experience yang akan dia jalani)

Seorang teman lagi yang pesimistis akan pria mengatakan bahwa dia gak perlu pria dia cuma perlu bayinya. Tapi terkadang gue suka ngeliat dia ngerasa kesepian kalo gak ada pria.

Seorang teman lagi mengadopsi bayi karena lucu, sekarang berumur 7 bulan bayinya dan still single (by marietal status) but in a relationship.

once i’ve given it a gentle sounding name
then, I will give that most beautiful color to you.

i can still manage carrying this baggage
that suddenly seems to have multiplied
