Framing a Perception
Akhir-akhir ini di detikinet banyak banget berita mengenai kemarahan pelanggan karena turunnya speed quota yang diberikan kepada para pelanggan tersebut. Dan tidak banyak yang marah-marah teriak-teriak cuma karena speed quotanya diturunkan. Entah kemarahan tersebut mengada-ada ala detikinet atau benar terjadi hal yang pasti memang “ada” yang kecewa mengenai keputusan telkomsel ini.
Tapi tidak…saya tidak akan membahas mengenai Telkomsel dan mengapa kuota tersebut diturunkan….Saya yakin pelanggan dan Telkomsel memiliki kemampuan berpikir yang cerdas…
Yang menarik adalah bagaimana Telkomsel dan Pelanggan bisa berantem karena hal yang sebenarnya sangat simpel…
Telkomsel dengan gagahnya…datang dan mengambil (kembali) kuota yang sebenarnya dimiliki oleh Telkomsel dan mengatakan “aku mengambilnya kembali karena ada beberapa orang yang melakukan abuse terhadap bandwidth quota”…Well, news flash guys! every unlimited bandwidth user are possible abuser….Apakah telkomsel tidak mengetahui hal ini? Tentu saja tahu….Tapi ini framing perception yang menarik untuk menarik kembali kuota….
Dan Pelanggan dengan bodohnya “tidak rela” kebebasannya diambil….Karena pelanggan taken for granted terhadap unlimited quota tersebut….Jadi bisa dibilang orang yang “tidak rela” sebenarnya adalah possible abuser…
Padahal pada kondisi normal (dimana tidak ada addiction terhadap internet),
Kalau tidak ada lagi kesepakatan harga antara pelanggan dan pembeli maka baik pelanggan atau pembeli boleh untuk membatalkan barang dagangannya….
Apakah ada yang marah kepada USA ketika nilai tukar USA meningkat menjadi 10k dalam satu hari?

One other important aspect is looking for and finding mentors. It is easier to follow somebody’s steps rather thatn fighting and struggling by walking your own path. Unfortunately, in this industry it is very expensive – but in USA education is expensive anyway;)
