Blokir Memblokir Internet Selama Bulan Ramadhan

Sudah lama gak nulis jadi mungkin otak agak usang kalau pengen ngebahas maslaah seberat ini.

Beberapa waktu yang lalu muncul sebuah berita dari temen2 yang kerja di Telco Timur Tengah gosip2 bahwa layanan blackberry akan diblokir oleh Pemerintahnya. Karena masalah security issue dan content filtering. Kita tau kalo di negeri arab masalah content filtering terutama porno sangatlah kuat. Pada akhirnya dari kasus ini, Blackberry tidak jadi di blokir karena blackberry akhirnya sepakat untuk ngebuat kantor cabang di arab perihal masalah ini. Jadi pemerintah bisa melakukan “sadap” dan “content filtering” untuk di negaranya.

Selesai masalah di timur tengah muncullah masalah baru di Indonesia.

Menkominfo beserta ISP including operator sepakat untuk melakukan blokir internet selama bulan Ramadhan. Well, dan hal ini tidak berhenti selama bulan ramadhan saja. Di negara seribu munafikin ini pasti gak ada yang mau teriak masalah content blocking ini. Mereka tutup mata aja sambil mengurut dada tidak bisa lagi mengakses situs porno yang mereka dambakan.

Tapi setelah mondar-mandir di depkominfo untuk mencari list daftar situ yang di blokir. akhirnya ketemu archive list web yang di blockir.

Setelah dibongkar satu persatu. Ternyata pemerintah kebanyakan memblokir situs yang ada tulisan “porno”-nya. Padahal gak semua situs yang bertulisan porno itu memiliki content porno. Sebagai contoh artikel ini, memiliki banyak tulisan porno tapi kan tidak porno contentnya *at least up until now*

Porno mungkin porno.

Dan entah bagaimana porno itu dikategorikan XXX tidak boleh dilihat meski oleh orang dewasa.

Daripada ngebanned porno yang belum jelas linkingnya ke pemerkosaan atau bahkan menurunkan pemerkosaan.

Belum jelas linkingnya ke sex bebas atau bahkan menurunkan sex bebas.

Gimana kalo kita pertama kali ngebanned dulu website judi dan website prostitusi?

Atau gimana kalo kita ngebanned dulu rokok yang dah jelas tidak bergunanya dan berbahayanya bagi kesehatan?

Basically akerlof lemon itu emang ngebahas banyak tentang asuransi dan mobil…segala sesuatu yang ngebuat seseorang bisa untung karena memiliki insider information dan membuat sebagian besar market memikirkan average dari kualitas sehingga menghancurkan market tersebut pada akhirnya…

Misal…
Jika pria perjaka hanya menginginkan untuk mendapatkan wanita perawan…pada kondisi ideal maka pria akan menjaga keperjakaannya…dengan harapan mendapatkan wanita yang perawan…

Namun keperawanan perempuan tidak dapat diketahui jika tidak menikah…

Sehingga asymmetric information karena tidak ada kesamaan informasi antara pria dan wanita terhadap keperawanan perempuan (siapa yang bakal pernah tau sih kalo gak beneran married)

Waktu berjalan…Dan pria tahu bahwa secara statistik dua dari tiga wanita tidak perawan (kasus mahasiswa jogja)…maka pria perjaka tidak lagi mengharapkan wanita jogja (harga turun) atau menjadi tidak perjaka dan menikmati banyak wanita

Akerlof lebih membahas kegagalan pasar yang ngebuat market tidak lagi seksi karena asumsi2 yang dibuat di market…agak2 game theory gitu sih sebenernya…

Intinya si akerlof mau ngebahas gimana akhirnya terdapat no-trade equilibrium…tidak terjadinya perdagangan karena si perjaka takut mendapatkan wanita tidak perawan…atau kualitas barang yang gak bagus…(Is it why people are less getting married in western country?)

Ada lho hukum lemon di US…mobil yang dianggap lemon dapat dikembalikan ke penjual jika pembeli menemukan mobil mengalami kerusakan yang sama secara berturut2…sayang di indonesia gak ada…

Jadinya seller terpaksa menjual second market carnya dengan harga rendah ke mobil88 meskipun mobil tersebut berkualitas bagus…

Faktanya mobil88 dua kali ngebeli mobil saya dan dua kali tidak melakukan pengecheckan yang perlu…mereka mengeluarkan harga dan sifatnya take it or leave it…dengan kata lain mereka tahu rata2 cost dari ngebenerin mobil lama…dan gak peduli apakah mobil itu bener baik atau gak…

Yes, the new Apple self-claimed revolutionary device is announced yesterday….

The Apple iPad…

iPad starts as rumors (previously called iSlate or iTablet) that apple will launch a new device which is by concept the revolutionary Tablet device….no-one has ever been able to create such device that good…when hope of all mankind is lost apple start such rumors on creating the computer tablet….

We all (apple freak) are expecting the tablet to be working on Mac OS X (custom version)…it would work as complimentary pen mouse to other mac-line…it would have portable projector so it would be a revolutionary device for presentation….basically we all really want a revolutionary new device such as smartbook in tablet look alike gadget…

Apple Claims it to be revolutionary yet it is not as what we hopes it to be! (Reality Check)

This iPad is only the greater version of amazon’s kindle but the far much more stupid version of tablet PC or netbook. The iPad works on iPhone OS 3.2…So basically it is only the bigger version of iPod Touch or iPhone for that mattters…

Here’s are the Negative of iPad

1. It is basically a bigger version of iPhone or iPod Touch nothing else.

2. The OS cannot do multi tasking application. So you can’t hear music and write. You can’t do keynote and do numbers while googling and chatting. The iPhone OS is pretty dumb for a tablet PC!

3. No Camera so you can’t do any webcam chat

4. The Brand? They already start to mock the brand on youtube. iSlate or iTablet sounded far much better than the iPad that sounded like the iPod.

5. The Lack of port standards such as firewire, USB or even memory slots. and the adapter for this iPad is quite big.

6. Not a hi-def resolution. So watching on iPad is not as good as it to be on the commercial.

7. And it Doesn’t have flash in it. So it is not going to be, quote-by-quote from the steve jobs word, “It is the best browsing experience you’ve ever had”…

Usually, in apple launch we hear a lot of hand claps..this launching everyone just staring blankly everytime steve jobs says amazing after he shows the products…..(You are amazed steve…we are not!)

So there you have it.

Gamma Radiation Tricked our Eyes

I don’t really understand how gamma radiation is looked like it was moving…

I first realized this when i Put a black background over a red or blue fonts…a real red or blue font that really bursting your eye balls…

It looks as if they were hovering….

And then I found the yellow blue picture that if you looked at it as if the circle would rotate…

And then last I found this….

I know that this is a gamma radiation trick…but I don’t have the ability to explain this…

This picture is having 2 different trick…

First take a 50cm vision from the Monitor…and don’t follow the disappearance of the cirles…but concentrate at the middle of the picture signed as +. You will see the fading pink is changed to yellow.

Second trick is to take about 15cm vision from the monitor (remember this is bad for your eyes…realizing that this picture is full of gamma radiation is also bad for your eyes…i think)…and then concentrate on the plus sign for 60 second…never move your eyes…and then you will find that the pink circles will vanish…

Neat trick huh?

Open Happiness Coca Cola

In Indonesia coca-cola always make beautiful hit pop song…Even before open happiness is exist…

This time every country are challenged by coca cola to create their own version of open happiness..

And this time I personally think that the indonesian version of the open happiness is the best of all…

This is the American Version of this song…And have a very kiddies tone…I don’t like it…This song is launched at the beginning of 2009.

And then in June 2009 open happiness is launched in singapore with the same lyrics with the american version (of course they sang it with the same language)…but this version is far much more lighter…and I like the sound of the female vocalists….

Oct 2009 open happiness is released as Monkey Majik Triple A single in Japan…
I know Japanese very well…they are people with stuck up originality…(eventhough monkey majik are consists of 2 japs and 2 canadian they still a jap band)…

So they come up with something very different then the original song…this way I cant compare apple to apple with another song from the same theme…The Open Happiness of Monkey Majik is so Monkey Majik…

I don’t really understand japs that much…but I believe the lyrics are way a lot different then the original song that spread up smile and friendship….the monkey majik version is about finding happiness everyday in life (probably love theme)…

And then in November 2009 the new song for the open happiness is released in Indonesia.

This group changes the theme for “open happiness” to “open new spirit”…coca cola in Indonesia has already uses this theme in 1990….with their tag “semangat coca cola”…coca cola spirit….so I think it is in a way still in line with the world theme….

There’s a change here and there for the lyrics…but still in the same theme with the US theme…

So, enjoy the hits from all of the country…

Jadi ceritanya kemaren malem gue abis nganter nyokap gue keliling-keliling Medan dengan bentor kantor…(he3)…gue pulang kerumah naik bentor (kalo ada yang nanya bentor itu becak motor…bentuknya kayak motor tempel taon 80an cuma ditempel dengan becak)…

Tiba2 dengan hebatnya ada bentor ngebut…langsung lah dengan hebatnya tangan gue keatas sambil menjentikkan jari yang ternyata jentikkan jari gue cukup kenceng juga yak sampe bisa ngalahin suara bentornya dan dia menoleh…kondisi jalan waktu itu sepi banget….
