How easy making bomb in Indonesia?

Indonesia, a great nation with its most diverse culture and seperated island.
Lately we have our own crisis ranging from economic crisis, health crisis from swine flu, and lately bombing crisis.
This morning there are two explosion. One near JW Marriot Kuningan and other near ritz carlton Mega Kuningan. Kuningan is a high class business district and ambassador office in Indonesia.
This noon there is another bombing tooks place in muara angke.
It makes me wonder, how easy it is making bomb in Indonesia?
Who the one orchestrated this bombing and for what purpose?
